Truth or Death: Part 3

Drakus was very close to the Sand Pyre when a blast of pink laser knocked im out of the sky.
He fell, pummeling the pine and beech trees randomly placed below him. He cursed when a few of the spiny leaves weaseled their way under his scales, but realized they were slowing his descent, or he would have been a grease spot on the forest floor.
When Drakus landed, his wings spread out like a parachute, he saw Ledra and some strange Arctic Wolf running up to him, the Arctic Wolf's fur gleaming like silver.
A white and black phantom were at their side, both clearly rebels. All of them were panting.
"Drakus!" Ledra cried.
"Ledra!" Drakus replied. They embraced each other, smooching.
The black phantom looked repulsed.
"You two are married?! You are only like, 13!" the black phantom said, backing away (as if she would get cooties if she got too close).
The white phantom smiled awkwardly, which reminded Frost of her friend Serena.
"Forgive my friend Raika's rudeness, she is a rookie rebel. My name is Sandy, daughter of Serena and leader of the space legion of rebels. No time for formal introductions, though, a monster is pursing us.In fact, we were fleeing that robot when we bumped into Ledra. " Sandy said, her voice resembling Serena's lovely tones.
Ledra whispered something to her skin, which was basically her ear-material.
"Oh? She is called Mecha Snowyclaw? Makes sense. After all, she resembles Snowyclaw, only with wings and blades and a black vest." Sandy said, clearing her throat, if she had one.
Suddenly, little laser missiles shot down, barely missing Ledra's chest.
Ledra managed to deflect the missile, which burned to a crisp moments later.
"MS has found us! We must escape! After all, she shot you down!" Raika cried, her voice filled with a sense of urgency.
The last thing Drakus saw before they rushed into the Sand Pyre (Savior was quiet as she listened to all of this) was Mecha Snowyclaw heading towards them at Mach 5, barely steering to avoid the tall tower.
Ledra looked disappointed she couldn't dig down to the Spirit Stones, but she still ran into the tall pyre of stone.

Ledra was overwhelmed with information. (TMI, I guess)
She had been running through the tunnel she had dug desperately, trying to find a deep hole to begin digging to the core of the earth, when she had bumped into Raika with a crash.
They had been screaming at each other when Savior and Sandy bumped into each other near them, and they decided to explain what they were doing.
So they had joined forces, and then trekked through the tunnels to look, However, Mecha Snowyclaw had tracked them, and then attacked. They were forced to surface and run to a safer area.
Then, they had bumped into Drakus, where Savior had barely saved him by growing some trees to slow his fall. And all of this happened.
The purple runes glowing around her and the bones around each corner didn't help ease her stress at all. The darkness and the odd riddles written on the walls just made her feel worse. They kept on bumping into dead ends and running up steps that led nowhere, and fighting old rock golems trapped inside the temple.
After hours, they had found the clear path and gotten to the top, coated in sweat and weary from so much pressure.
In front of them, a pearl gleamed. Ledra thought about Frost and Gleam, and how they were doing as of right now, Poor Frost, consumed with grief.
"Ooh, shiny!" Raika cried.
"Stop!" Drakus snapped, but it was too late.
A space-time rift opened, and Mecha Snowyclaw emerged. Somehow, she had been clever enough to find a way into the Sand Pyre.
"SURRENDER-OR-FACE-ROBOTICIZATION." Mecha Snowyclaw growled.
She had horns, as she usually had, but where her body should be there was a black shell that resembled a vest. Her legs were no longer her regular legs, as they had been amputated to be replaced with advanced grey legs, which had durable armor and were equipped with sharp claws and retractable side blades. Her tail was simply a tooltip-resembling sharp yellow blade that seemed like it could pierce spider-webbing. Snowy's eyes were sullen black, with roughly half-circle blue pupils that resembled her own eyes, along with a plastic eyelash each. Her head was still brown, but her ears now could shoot sharp missiles and her metal tuft (three plates of brown metal on top of each other on her head) could come off to become javelins. Snowyclaw was now a true threat.
"Never!" Raika cried, clinging to her new treasure.
"Raika, drop it! It will send Snowyclaw back to the exterior of the Sand Pyre!" Sandy shouted. "That is an order!"
"Never!" Raika repeated. "I will sell it to earn myself some technical upgrades!"
"This is not the time!" Drakus cried. "I can get Graham to upgrade you for free!"
Raika huffed.
"It won't be as high quality as black market part-roboticizers!"
Savior was in the back, her anger growing rapidly.
Now, it was about to be unleashed.
"Listen to Sandy!" Savior blurted.
Everyone except for Mecha Snowyclaw turned.
"SHUT-YOUR-PIE_HOLE--SAVIOR. I-NEED-HER-TO-REFUSE.YOU-WILL-COMPLY-OR-FACE-DESTRUCTION." Snowy beeped, aiming her top tuft at Savior.
Savior dodged skillfully, at the level only a trained gymnast could ever dream of achieving.
She flicked her tail, and plants grew around Snowy's ankles.
"GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Snowy cried as the plants wrestled with her.
Savior's eyes burned with hatred.
"You aren't the Snowy I admire and love! You don't deserve to tread the same earth I do! Go to hell, you bastard! The real Snowyclaw would never say "pie-hole", or anything even close to a cuss word! She had a pure heart, but you have a steel one that doesn't deserve to be inside Snowy's body! I will annihilate your butt off Jamaa to protect Jamaa! You are a bad example to Jamaa, all that imperfection! You aren't the way I imagined you! Go, and I will spare you. Stay, and you are as good as scrap metal."
Savior leapt at Mecha Snowy, but Drakus held her back.
"A great force has locked her heart off to the rest of the world. She is not herself. Do not get rid of her, or she will never blog again."
Savior writhed in his grip, but wasn't able to struggle free.
Witnessing the trouble the pearl had placed upon them, Ledra saw her tentacles loosen her grip.
More..
And more...
And more...
Finally, the pearl dropped to the ground, shattering.
The various vines and trees let go of Snowy, and she yelped as a invisible force yanked her back into the space-time rift.
Suddenly, just before it could close, the Master Wyvern leapt through.
The old wyvern was very crinkled and old, yet could stand on his spindly legs and had very potent telekinesis. He leaned on a cane with telekinesis as if his mind were his arms, which was at a professional level for a psychic.
He smiled as if they were all long-lost friends.
"Follow me, and I will explain everything."
As if their legs were separate from their body, they followed Master Wyvern like idiots.

All of them were dumbfounded when they saw the world around them.
It was just one blank room, with only a white crumbling pedestal in the center of it. A transparent gazing ball sat on the pedestal.
"Drakus, because your past is the easiest to explain, you are first for an explanation."
Drakus stepped up to the old wyvern, wondering what Master Wyvern meant.
"You see, your full name is Count "Drakus" Aurum Desertstone. You were created by Witney, meant as a bridge between Jamaa and Vramaa, so that she could roboticize every single Jamaasian with the help of her nanites and army of robot slaves. However, I reached out to your mind, and you gained your own will. I took you to Jamaa, where I trained you and gave you wyverns' powers to help you on your quest as a crocodile to bring the crocodiles to glory. I erased your memory so that you didn't remain loyal to us and sent you into Jamaa, where you fought for your life with a pessimist attitude until Snowy and Frost found you... and you know the rest."
Drakus gasped at the prospect of being a living weapon, but was relieved that he knew his past.
He knew, somehow, it would aid him in the future.
He let Ledra step up, and Master Wyvern took a few minutes to comprehend how to break her turbulent past to the young Jamaasian.
"Young hero, you were born from the Arctic Wolf Spirit Stone, the embodiment of DNA itself. Your full name is Ledra Winter Feralie, and you were born as a strip of DNA. Lisa found you in one of Cosmo's potions, and converted you to be fully Jamaasian. Of course, you had no memories, so she put just several in you and sent you out into Jamaa to see how you would do. However, you proved to be an unstable being, and so she changed your memories to get you to safety. However... Apophis found you first, and turned you into a dark shell. Lisa was desperate to get you into safety and proper training, so she allied with Zilch and Miroza to bring her back. However, Miroza was poisoned from her time as a golden statue and repeated contact with the phantoms, and turned on Liza. She trapped Liza inside a bubble while granting you so much power you nearly exploded. However, Greely came to the rescue, and rescued Liza and you at the same time. However, your beauty reminded him of Shade, who was fighting Redtail far to the north, and he started to hate your guts because he refused to think she died and was reborn as you. However, you ARE Shade, and you are her reborn form."
"Yes," a voice whispered in her mind, "you are Shade. In fact, you are her, just in a different body."
Ledra refused to accept it, but she knew it was true.
After all, every dream she had involved Shade and some sort of repeated message: Fulfill your destiny, my body.
She shook her head, then sighed. After all, it was her past, and you have to accept what has happened and try to live with it.
Last, but not least, Master Wyvern turned to Raika.
"My dear, Bringer Of Fury, you will not have a prophecy or be recognized by history books, but otherwise, you will have a large role to play in the impending Third Phantom War.... Fury will certainly be unleashed when the phantoms are finally killed and Jamaa returned to its former glory. Please, do not repeat history and not spare any single opposing phantom. I thought I would never say this, but you will need to be ruthless. Spare none but the rebels. Slay every phantom and block the spell creating more! Raika, I sense you have potential to either destroy Jamaa or restore it. What you choose is your choice."
Raika looked stunned at what she had just heard, but then the connection broke and they tumbled into their respective homes, giving their friends quite a scare.

The end.. For now...
