Policy

Because we are trying to see if we can get a custom domain so we can work as a small-name organization (nonprofit, of course, no fees at all), here is an oath that I, Amy Jiao, take. I do not force the authors to take it, but they are still bound to it, and if I find them violating it, I will promptly fire them.

Amy Jiao Press will, repeated, will always bring you stories that are used following American copyright laws, and will never post stories without giving credit to the original author. All actions will be conducted as quickly as possible to not interfere with the experience, and if you are not satisfied with something, contact one of the authors to freely complain and comment. We promise to use all submitted content with full care and credit, but all content will become Amy Jiao Press's property and cannot be taken back nor controlled beyond submission. We will never use your content beyond posting and critique, nor shall we alter it beyond spelling checks. If we somehow inhale worms,  malware, viruses, or other malicious programs, then report it to Google or a programming moderator. Proper action should be taken so that no computer shall be harmed. All data transferred through Tales of the Jamaasian Heroes is public, but Amy Jiao Press reserves the right to delete any comment or punish any user to an extent, and uses email for private transactions. Amy Jiao Press is a small, loose-knit organization, and will not scam, phish or hack any person's account, nor accept money beyond virtual donations. We will inform all readers if a certain blog is affiliated with our organization, and do not assume responsibility for third parties claiming to either be part of us without official confirmation or the actions of those who claim to know "secrets" behind the scenes but are spreading rumors about the group itself. Under no circumstance shall we give your information to a third party without a legal reason to do so, or abuse it in any way. We are not responsible for malicious content posted on any site we link to, nor will we accept blame for it. All errors are entirely accidential, and are never meant to harm or abuse the users. Connections within content to real life places, events, and creatures, whether living or dead, are entirely coincidential and are not creditable for any damage caused due to an uncanny reference.

If there is a flaw or missing part of the policy, be sure to comment on a post or email a moderator to be fixed.
