Dracul was a wyvern in the Wyvern clan. He was great at hunting, but spared most of his catches (wyverns caught large prey, such as wandering elephants, antelopes, deer, and vultures) in spite of the large bellies of his wyvern brood. His mother, the founder of the Wyvern clan (named Cassandra) scolded him for being soft on prey, but in secret Dracul ALWAYS sneaked out at night... where Firetail and Mira taught him about the cycle of life, and magic, too.
Years later, when he was a full-fledged wyvern, Cassandra was murdered by the dragon Mordur, and so a war started. Dracul was chosen as the new Master Wyvern.
He led Wyvern-kind to victory, slaying Mordur, and so the Ultimate Peace started between the dragons and wyverns. Peace, ah peace... until during Frost's time, Ledra would be used to create the vicious Ragons, assassin-like dragons with furry wings and orange bodies, and so the Second Dragon War would start... and Dracul, as Master Wyvern, would have to stop it.
