Keldeo's Crystal

Keldeo shivered as he trotted through Sarepia.
The bags on his back were no burden thanks to the runs he had in Jamaa Derby, but the owls just creeped him out...
Sophia had dressed him with winter clothes, not the used ones in Best Dressed but designer beta edition, and his fur helped a lot, too.
"Keldeo, do you need some help? I recommend going to the sycamore, and sleeping there. You should find yourself in Vramaa the next morning. Be careful around the mechanical Vramaasians. Go for the mountains, of course." a voice said in  the trees.
Sophia probably threw her voice or something.
Keldeo felt relieved, and headed toward the burnt sycamore, spirits high. He made sure to graze first, of course, and to make sure all of his natural weapons were working, and then dozed off on the moss under the sycamore.

Keldeo awoke to splashes of acid rain on his cheek.
He was now in Sarepia, but all of the trees were just stumps and the moss dry. The burnt sycamore was the only standing tree.
"I must be in Vramaa!" he exclaimed. The acid stung his cheek even more.
Keldeo carefully initiated his shield of pure water, and headed east, as Vramaa was a flipped version of Jamaa. The cavern was in the Coral Canyons area, which would take him through robot camps. Keldeo hoped that the robots couldn't sense him on their radar.
"Holy Zios, this place smells putrid!" Keldeo exclaimed, wrinkling his nose. Crows cawed, and the cloudy sky rumbled.
Slowly trudging through the place of No-Trees, he arrived at the Sarepia-Canyon Border Camp, using his sense of smell to sense anything organic, in case he could rescue a prisoner. Sophia had told him that was another objective of this mission: to find LaSalle, and free any signs of organic life.
He sensed panda scent, not too far away and fresh enough for him to find hope in.
Keldeo took slow steps while he lay low, because there was numerous metal scarps on the barren land. The hiss of a Vramaasian oil drill made Keldeo jump time to time. The crates smelled of old motors and roboticizer pieces, which made hiding behind them less pleasant.
His heart beat faster as he heard the scuffling of paws.
It was just a small panda about his size, foraging for crowfood.
"Psst... Little panda, where are your parents?"  asked Keldeo.
The panda shivered in its old rags.
"T-they were roboticized by bad people." the panda said in a scraggly voice. Keldeo felt like it was about his age, which was 10.
"Follow me, and stay quiet. I have a few sandwiches we can share once we find shelter from this rain." Keldeo replied, surprised by how much they had in common. He put a water shield over the panda, too.
"Crick crack... Panda-Not-Detected...hisscrackle...Use-Sonar-Beep-Sonar-Blocked." was all Keldeo could make out, and he had to use a surprising amount of energy to prevent the sonar from going through. Probably because the air was polluted, he thought. Keldeo cast an air filter spell for both his lungs and the panda's.
Not as soon as he would have liked, they arrived in a small cabbage patch. The cabbage was in good condition.
"That is Poison Cabbage, friend. It is like regular cabbage, only that it thrives in Vramaasian enviroment. It is the only food that we organic Vramaasians live on." his panda friend said in a surprisingly robotic way. In this foreign land, everything surprised Keldeo. The way the panda spoke was how LaSalle spoke.
Probably Vramaasian lingo.
Keldeo took a bite out of the cabbage, and it seemed to be perfectly fine. There was even a small shelter under a cabbage the size of a skyscraper.
Why it grew above the apple-sized cabbage, Keldeo had no idea. The leaves were as big as the interior of the Alpha hut, and the freshness as fresh as fresh-picked apples in Jamaa, and produce was always fresh in Jamaa.
"Let's get under the rocks, I have the sandwiches ready and some blankets too." Keldeo said to the panda.
"That cabbage is the legendary Mutant Poison Cabbage, growing only when there has been hope here before." the panda said, following Keldeo in.
When they got under the shelter of the rocks and snow, Keldeo turned off the shields, got wards set up, and unpacked.
"Take inventory, or we may miss something." the panda advised. Keldeo looked at everything in his bag.
"Good idea. We have a box of matches, a few pearls, a grappling hook, pepperspray, a comb, mascara, a wooden cell phone, a Barbie Doll (why, Keldeo had no idea), ten tuna sandwiches, bamboo, the Horse Spirit Stone, and a piece of the Chaos Crystal." Keldeo said. The panda nodded, and grabbed the bamboo, chewing on it.
"Anyway, you never told me your name. What is it?" Keldeo asked his newfound friend.
The panda eyed him warily, as if saying with his glare "Are you sure you aren't a robot who'll turn me in to Aios?"
Keldeo waited patiently.
After a while, the panda spoke up.
"Oliver," the panda said, "Oliver. Happy now, comrade?"
Keldeo was surprised that the Vramaasians used such a beautiful name. They used names like Lein-Da, Luger, Kragok, Sentile, and Justor.
"My name is Keldeo, Oliver, just like the Pokemon." Keldeo said.
"What is Pokemon?" Oliver asked, teeming with curiosity.
Keldeo summoned some Pokemon Cards and a Pokemon White Version and a DS, explaining to Oliver.

After they got some sleep, Oliver and Keldeo set out for the cave.
Most of the journey was without their water shields, but the sun was harsh enough that they needed to drink a lot of Keldeo's water. The Sea Heart barely sustained them in the heat.
Just when things were bad, it got worse. A robot snake spotted them and aimed its mouth laser. Keldeo barely used the Sea Heart in time to deroboticize it.
However, the sound of the laser being shot at no particular target alerted other robots, and they barely got past the resulting mob.
"Now I see how you barely managed to survive, even with my powers this place can be harsh!" Keldeo panted as they rested under the shade of a melting saguaro. Because of Vramaa Warming (like global warming), the sun was very harsh over deserts such as Coral Canyons, and the robots that patrolled there had to have heat-proof armor to survive the heat.
Otherwise, the buzzards just got a free wire meal.
Speaking of the buzzards, there were mechanical buzzards patrolling every inch of the land, and Keldeo had to hide the Barbie Doll somewhere so that the buzzards didn't see them.
Poor melting Barbie Doll being eaten by buzzards.
"Keldeo, I think that the Chaos Heart is in here." Oliver said, facing a crumbling iron doorway behind a pool and waterfall of toxic sludge. Mecha Piranhas prowled the sludge, ready for any unfortunate victim to fall their way.
Keldeo tried to talk to the sludge, but millennia of poison blocked his connection to the toxic water.
Only "stepping stones" of garbage crossed the sludge, and they were rusty and sharp.
"Okay, Oliver, I'll try to get us through with thick bubbles, but if the waterfall pops us... well, we died bravely." Keldeo said. Oliver looked uneasy as a bubble of sea foam surrounded Keldeo and him.
The piranhas leaped towards the bubbles, but the Sea Heart made them explode in a burst of toxic bubbles.
Keldeo prepared for the cold clutch of death as they approached the waterfall, but before he knew it, they were on the small patch of fertile silt behind the waterfall.
It reminded him of the special sand in the Trivia Treasury, or the sand just in front of Epic Wonders.
Runes in the wall said Srednow Cipe, and butt off if you know what is good for you.
Keldeo really didn't like the cruel humor, as his butt was... a tad exposed.
The cave sloped downwards, and started to make him feel weird as they got close to the Chaos Cavern, where LaSalle was making creaking sounds.
Oliver probably needed to get her some oil, if he had got any from rolling through the oil ponds.
When they emerged in the cavern, it was upside down! It looked like an upside down version of Epic Wonders, only that instead of energy orbs there were two hovering, large crystals. One was green, one was blue.
LaSalle was holding up a steel paw, channeling the energy through her to Keldeo as he came in.
"Mission accomplished," Keldeo proudly said.

When they got back, Graham ushered LaSalle into his workshop for proper oiling, while Keldeo was taken in to his room by his mentor, Sophia, and Oliver accepted by Lisa as her apprentice after a traditional assessment.
Oliver had a talent at measuring bonds between two things, Lisa had assured Sir Gilbert when he skeptically sniffed a ragged Oliver.
"Great job, Keldeo! We'll try to sync the Sea Heart and the Chaos Heart with each other, which will require Oliver's help. For now, get some good rest." Sophia said to Keldeo.
