Peck In Vramaa

Okay, I have news for you: I MAY make a Phantom Shooter PC game, or maybe even a Phantom War action series, but Game Maker 1.1 is really tripping me up. Don't get excited, I haven't even started developing and its just a vague idea as of right now.

Peck was in the party, eating  her lettuce sorbet when she saw it happen.
The best bunny guards, including the tomboy Samantha, were sucked into the portal.
Now, somebody normal would have just called the Alphas to investigate, knowing they weren't responsible, but Peck was an Alpha herself.
She needed to help her race.
So, she took long strides, leaping into the portal just as it closed.
It swirled her around and around, around and around... until she got to a patch of lush land.
It had some lush hills in the distance and dirt perfect for digging and planting, but she caught a whiff of a smoky, mechanic dust in the grass.
"Holy carrots, I must be in a section of Vramaa Aios has yet to discover!" she cried.
She also saw the bunnies caught in the portal, along with Samantha, exploring this new world.
"Hey guys, we need to settle down here until we find a portal back to Jamaa!" Peck said.
The bunnies heard her, and their eyes filled with hope.
She gave some orders, and they started to dig in the ground.
"We're doing great!" exclaimed Peck, planting a few veggies for her fellow rabbits to eat.
With a wave of her paw, a store popped up near their town.
"Hmm... what should we name our empire?" wondered Peck.
Samantha hopped over to her, smiling.
"Peck, I think we should name our town Tunnel Town!" she said. Peck smiled, and hugged Sam awkwardly.
"You know what? That is a GREAT name! We should go tell the others!" Peck said, trying to sound upbeat when she was in an unfamiliar world.
After all, none of the Alphas except for LaSalle actually explored Vramaa a lot.
She put an arm around Samantha, and together they started to make the tunnels habitable.

They didn't expect the attack.
Everyone in Tunnel Town was having a blast building their empire, careful not to weaken the soil too much.
"Take some, leave some." Peck's mother had always said.
She also took the opportunity to do extravagant art projects using new styles her fellow bunnies and the Vramaasian environment introduced to her.
However, the Phantoms had followed them to Vramaa, and were eager to destroy a powerful race.
Samantha had found a piece of the Bunny Spirit Stone in the soil, and was using it to power a lot of Tunnel Town just when the sky darkened.
Peck was gardening at the time, wiping sweat off her brow, when a single, dark eye peeked through the veil of clouds.
Peck looked into the eye just when she was wondering where the sun went.
The eye looked into Peck's eyes just when it was wondering where its target was.
"Phantoms! Sound the alarm!" she shouted.
Samantha pulled a bell, which summoned the bravest warrior bunnies.
It also made sure the helpless were safe.
Houston came up, grinning.
"Hey, Sam, after we beat these phantoms to a pulp, let's go out for dinner!" he said like an idiot.
Samantha slapped him, but Peck didn't care. They had larger problems to deal with.
One by one, the phantoms filed out of the clouds, as organized as a portfolio of papers.
One by one, the bunnies filed out of the tunnel, as determined as a goose defending its nest.
The opponents stared for a moment.
Then, they charged at each other.
Peck was relieved that there was no portal behind the phantoms, but that actually kind of didn't matter at this point.
They fought, paw against tentacle.
Some of the bunnies were forced to retreat, and some of the phantoms killed, but they seemed evenly matched.
Suddenly, Samantha charged from the sidelines, brandishing a powerful, misty punch.
The pink mist around her paw matched Peck's own super-charged punch.
As the paw touched the time energy, a warp formed in every phantom.
Mini-explosions ripped apart the phantoms, the cries of the phantoms fading.
The bunnies stared at her in shock.
Samantha panted, her mana drained from attempting something on such a large scale.
Suddenly, she was lifted up on all of the bunnies' shoulders, and treated as a hero as they carried her around Tunnel Town.

Later that night, when  most of the bunnies were asleep, Peck sneaked into Samantha's room, carrying a gold medal and a papyrus note.
The beautiful yet brave bunny was asleep under her covers, her room shining with trophies and gifts for her deed.
Peck placed the note and medal on Samantha's nightstand, and slipped out of the room like a ninja.
The note read:

                               Dear Samantha,
I like how you defeated those phantoms there! You have the potential to replace me as an Alpha. I will train you for as long as you need. Will you be my apprentice? Reply by tomorrow at dinner.

                               Congrats,
                                       Peck

  1. Epic! But why not call them shamans? And I hope for more stories of tunnel town. ---frosty731---

    1. Because I feel like I'm violating something calling them shamans. Besides, I already called them shamans in some of my earliest posts, such as Kindear's Message. Unfortuantely, I am NOT planning for another Tunnel Town post, but to explain why I think Vramaa exists I'll tell you something.
Jamaa is a magical and humble world, relying heavily on nature and not trying to destroy the scenery. However, there IS a theme that somehow human items are seeping through the cracks, and besides there IS a possibility there could be an alter dimension that is the opposite of Jamaa.

  2. What would REALLY be great,is if that land the koalas are finding turns out to be Vramaa. Also, How and where do you get the Tunnel Town App?

    1. Smart Bomb would have to ask me first if they can use my property, but I would be happy to write legends for AJHQ. You get it from the Canadian App Store on IOS from a Canadian Phone.
