Jewel Power

In Jamaa, we DO have electricity, but not always powered the way Twolegs do it. Sure, there are some lights powered by stolen Vramaasian technology, but since they were first upgraded by Graham most of the machines have burned out. So, how do they power those things? If you ask yourself that, this is for you.

Naturally, gems in Jamaa are infused with power energy, as the crown jewels and Mira Feathers do. Most were created from the power of the Spirit Stones, especially diamonds, as they rise from the Spirit Stone Core over time. They still spawn despite only about ten Spirit Stones returned to the core. The jewels are often discovered, but there may be some more powerful ones nobody has discovered yet. The Spirit Stones are rumored to have created Ledra, as they control DNA.
Now, the jewels that were discovered were either disguised as clothes for various Jammers to somehow tap into their energies, or used as powerhouses. Greely and Sir Gilbert use them as battle damage bonuses, as does Lisa, and that is the tip of the iceberg. Rumors are trickling around that the Vramaasians and Phantoms have figured out evil and more powerful ways to harness the energies trapped inside the jewels.
Most lights in Jamaa are natural, as the Electric Eel Lamps indicate, so they need good powerhouses to power the Twoleg-designed electronics. They use gems to power the lights. Even the more natural ones require the gems, as the electric eels need to eat the jewels to stay immortal.
That explains things, I hope I didn't give you a migraine just processing this information, send me an email if I made a mistake (more like matching things up, not my ideas) and PLEASE write the info you learn through my posts on a NOTEBOOK and memorize it.
