Crystal: Into Chemical Plant

Crystal and Silver flew over the barren land, blasting themselves upward with their robotic limb's rockets.
"Where is the location of Amy Rose and Miles 'Tails' Prower?" asked Crystal.
"I last saw them fighting Elias Acorn in Chemical Plant. I think that Miles, Amy and Elias are still there." replied Silver.
Crystal nodded, and looked for Chemical Plant.

When they found the plant, there was Mega Muck pouring out of the tubes, despite being blanked out. It was odd, yet kinda interesting.
Suddenly, a large Spinner appeared, but Crystal used Wisp Control and called on the energies of the Mother Wisp, blasting the Spinner into bits.
"Crystal, you're awesome! I could never do that!" exclaimed Silver. Crystal blushed.
"Its nothing, I insist." replied Crystal.
Flying down, Crystal found a lever, and inspected it.
"Hmm. Seems as if this would activate some sorta switch..." said Crystal. Her brain transmitted a signal to her limb, a little slower than her regular arms but still very fast.
As swift as a cheetah, she bent the lever and made it go down.
"Wait! No! That unblanks this area before we can destroy the dangerous parts!" cried Silver.
It was too late, sadly.
A wave of shiny, rainbow paint was ejected from a pipe, and slowly everything was restored. Mega Muck was colored purple, slime and tubes were made clear and blue once more, and all of the toxic waste thrummed with energy again.
Then, three shadowy figures emerged from behind waste canisters, and glared at Crystal and Silver.
"Great." sighed Silver. "Three Legionnaires are attacking us now."
"Hey, how was I supposed to know what lever does what?" replied Crystal, raising an eyebrow.
The legionnaires came out, limbs shiny metal and glowing with Chaos energy.
Two Chaos emeralds were behind them, one grey and one cyan.
"Enemies... Muh-must slay..." growled the legionnaires, eyes half-open.
Crystal's eyes widened, wishing she had the powerhouse Frost at her side, or the dark Tempest.
One was pink, with long dreadlocks and four spikes on its forehead. It was wearing a skin-tight strip club leotard, and had robotic limbs that seemed extendable.
"Amy?" cried Silver. He stuck his tongue out, thinking about her ugly dresses and explosive temperament, and her burning desire to marry King Sonic.
 Another was wearing battered goggles, but was otherwise naked, and had yellow-brown fur. He had two tails, one robotic and the other organic. A rusted clasp still was on his arm, despite being long broken.
"Miles!" exclaimed Crystal.
The last was the most organic of them all, with only one robotic arm. He had a tuft of red hair on his forehead, and wore a Secret Freedom Fighters suit.
"Elias Acorn?" said Crystal and Silver at the same time. He looked dignified, but was still poisoned by the negative Chaos energies.
"I am Grandmaster Elias, leader of the Chemical Plant squad, part of the Shadow Legion. You, the rebels, shall be exterminated and legionized! Crystal.. I shall choose you as Kommissar, and Silver, you shall be a great partner." growled Elias.
Crystal quivered.
"You three... what have they done to you..." growled Silver. Blue energies gathered around his stark white gloves, and Amy cackled uneasily.
"I, Master Kommissar Amy Rose, shall o-obey G-Grandmaster Elias." snarled Amy.
Extending her limbs, one of her Piko Hammers, outfitted to her new limbs, Amy smacked Crystal in the face and sent her flying across the complex.
"Good first move..." snarled Silver, his eyes narrowed as if to home in on the enemies.
Altering the fabric of time and space, he used his psychokinesis (telekinesis, but more potent) and made a serpent of energies.
Rings of energy formed a barrier around Silver, and the serpent roared, coiling around Elias.
"You are a fool, to dare resist the Shadow Legion!" snarled Elias.
In a flash of light, Elias's limb flipped the serpent, and his hand inserted new data into the serpent.
Immediately, the serpent turned on Silver, and went right through him, like the spear that had killed Sonic during the fight against Mephiles.
"Gaak!" Silver cried, struggling to get off the shish-kabob stick he was impaled on.
"See... I am invincible. Long ago, King Shadow equipped me with numerous weapons, just as Eggman did with Sally so long ago. My ammo rivals even E-123 Omega, and my cleverness is more potent than even Mephiles's, yet I am one of the underdogs in the Shadow Legion. Grandmasters Sonic, Shadow, Sally and Espio can easily outdo me. This is hopeless." hissed Elias.
Silver felt the energy draining from him, his life force sucked into the husk of Elias... Just like how Dark Enerjak made everyone in his dimension prelates...
"Crystal... See you in the next world..." whispered Silver, his eyes rolling back into his head.
Suddenly, a streak of light came from the place where Crystal had crashed, and  Crystal came out, equipped with an old Mega-Buster left over from the second Genesis Wave.
Using the Mega-Buster, Crystal fired a lemon-like blast at Elias, disabling his data stream to the serpent and destroying the serpent entirely.
Electricity crackled on his robotic limb, and Elias winced in pain.
"You are tougher than I thought. But not tougher than ME!" growled the Grandmaster.
Just like Bunnie's robotic limb, Elia's limb extended and punched Crystal's snout, making her hurl blood.
Silver dropped like a stone, now unconscious from the impact of his serpent and in critical condition.
Blood gushed from his stomach wound at a dangerous pace, so Crystal nabbed him and laid him down near a Star Post to heal.
Wiping the blood off her two-piece, Crystal flew up and attacked Miles, who was inactive.
Miles saw her and dodged, but still took some damage from the explosion of a barrel of muck.
"You fly artificially. I at least use organic material to fly. You use robotic limbs. Scum." snarled Miles, his tails spinning and letting him fly.
"You know, you sound so stupid you could be a YouTube commenter. Those stupid people clearly never learned how to spell. In fact, I bet you're so retarded you don't know your robotic legs can also make you fly!" taunted Crystal, commanding her robotic leg to flare up.
A tiny flame sprouted in the bottom of her foot, and she lifted up like a rocket.
Mile's shiny steel legs shimmered in the dim sunlight, and they did the same thing.
"You stand corrected." snarled the fox.
Crystal growled, and lifted up even higher to land some blows on Miles and find a way to erase his memory-neutralizing chip.
Clouds cloaked her, and acid rain slid off her fur. Wincing at the sharp pain of acid, Crystal followed Miles upwards.
Beneath her, Crystal could hear Silver barely fending off Amy and Elias, but she had no time.
Despite being a Guardian of BlankWorld, Crystal was having difficulty summoning Colors powers at that altitude, so she relied on her robotic limbs.
Miles turned around like the Egg Dragoon, and aimed his arm cannon at Crystal.
A blast of strong winds came at her, trying to push her away from Miles.
"Hrgh!"
A shield formed, pressing against the blast, and after a moment of defending Miles let up on the relentless attack.
Coming down with a ground-pound, Miles tried to crush Crystal, but she managed to awkwardly dodge and let him free-fall.
Gazing at the strong sun real quickly, Crystal dove down after him.

When she got back down to the plant, Silver was barely awake, the effort to find power rings draining him and the attacks from Amy and Elias powerful.
Crystal gave chase to Tails, flying over the sea of Mega Muck to follow his flight.
"Give up! Your boyfriend is dying, your Colors powers aren't potent here, and we are as strong as ever!" hissed Tails.
"Never! Hope powers the worthy!" cried Crystal.
Glancing in the corner of her eye, she saw a green wisp floating aimlessly among the rusty water towers.
Maybe...
Since Green Wisps were plant-material, those who could use them could either use them as a way to turn other things into plants or to follow the trail of floating rings.
To prove her plan was good, Tails started to pick up rings to back him up.
Crystal blasted herself with a Boost over to the wisp, and snatched it.
The wisp squeaked like a dog toy, and screamed when it say the large echidna.
Slapping it into herself, a shell that looked like a green rocket turned sideways with white eyes overcame Crystal, and her mind became one with the Hyper-Go-On-Energy.
The flow of Hyper-Go-On was as fluent as the flow of Chaos Energy Silver and Crystal could occasionally tap into, letting her take power from it and follow the trail of rings Tails dropped as he tried to hold all the rings on his arms.
"Wauugh! W-Wisp! Muh-must slay..." mumbled Tails.
Spinning like a top while floating, Crystal followed Miles. The fox flew even harder, exhausting himself, while Crystal pursed him relentlessly.
Suddenly, Crystal felt the wisp tiring inside her, its Hyper-Go-On energies harder and harder to access.
She would have to catch Tails soon if she had any hope of rescuing him.
Tails turned around, blasting shots of metal pieces from his mechanical tail. She barely dodged them, nevertheless pursing Tails all the same.
Just as she tackled Tails, the shell broke away, and she tumbled to the ground with him.
Scrambling to find his wiper chip, Crystal cut away part of his fur and looked for anything metal.
A metal A.I. chip... metal shield... metal tooth (Crystal still has no  idea why that was there).. nothing.
"Is my demise this so? Falling to my death on a deranged fox? Just kill me already..." grumbled Crystal.
"Arrogant to your last breath. Hmph." replied Tails, apparently unaware of his head gash.
Crystal scrambled to find his memory chip, just when he started to fly, suddenly shifting from wanting to take Crystal down with his weak body to a helpful friend.
"Thanks for helping me!" said Crystal. "But Silver needs help, I think if we leave him alone much longer he'll perish!"
Tails looked at her worriedly, his tails spinning.
Somehow, Crystal thought, she reached his wiper chip and deactivated it. Maybe her drama helped.
Crystal shook her head. A girl can dream, can't she?
Thinking about Silver, she shed a tear. By now, she thought, Silver must be dead. How sad, losing her only friend so early in her journey.
When she got to the battle scene, Crystal gasped.
Silver was still alive... but barely.
Yet again unconscious, Silver was pinned down by Elias and bleeding badly. His hand twitched, but otherwise he could have been dead.
Crystal let go of Tails and dashed over, looking for a way to awaken him.
She felt nothing but a very faint heartbeat, as if he were holding out just for her.
Elias growled, and attacked her with an extended-arm attack, but Tails countered with a tail-slap.
"Hmph. Miles was always easy to exploit. No matter. I, Grandmaster Elias, shall defeat the rebels!"
Throwing a javelin of metal, Elias somersaulted over Tail's back, and quickly punched his behind repeatedly.
Miles spun, knocking Elias away. Amy charged forward, drooling, but Crystal knocked her away as she tended to Silver.
Elias sneered as he remembered the Chaos Emeralds he had on his side.
"The fox is no different from his youthful days. So easy to get in the right place to damage." purred Elias, his bushy tail curling in a sorta-sneer thingie.
"I am NOT!" cried Miles. He had been hurt too many times because of his youth, such as by Fiona... Fiona... who was with Scourge in Moebius, still as evil as ever.
"Chaos... Control!" cried Elias, raising his paw.
A blast of energy hit Miles, and a expression of shock was frozen on his face as he was blasted into the Mega Muck, where he floated.
"Begin legionization of the pot-headed hedgehog?" growled Amy Rose, her once-cute face drooling and crooked.
Elias nodded, and Amy set to work.
"No!" cried Crystal, lunging towards Amy to stop her, but she blasted her back with a Piko Hammer.
"Stay. There." commanded Elias.
He readied another Chaos Control, but Crystal lunged and snatched the two emeralds, absorbing them like wisps.
"Wha..."
"Chaos... Blast!"
A red wave came out of Crystal, and Elias flinched.
"Grr...."
As she unleashed the pooled power, though, Elias started to purify, memories held within his chip returning to his mind. He remembered Maximilian, Alicia, his sister Sally, her time as Mecha Sally, and the Secret Freedom Fighters, along with Mammoth Mogul and Ixis Naugus.
"Crystal... did I hurt you..." whispered Elias as he clutched his head, spinning.
Silver gasped for air, his eyes barely fluttering open.
"Elias... You're normal now... *koff* Help me..." whispered Silver, groping at thin air.
Elia's eyes widened in concern, before he noticed Amy was still a monster.
"Here. Let me use the Chaos Emeralds. We need to end this quickly or Silver will die." said Elias.
Reluctantly, Crystal let go of her new energy sources.
"Chaos... Control!" screeched Elias, his loud and regal voice echoing in the empty complex.
"Grandmaster Elias... such a disgrace to the Shadow Legion... Hiss...." hissed Amy, clearly.
The wave of energy overcame her, and Amy returned to normal.
"Huh? Why is there drool on my stylish dress? And why do I have robotic limbs? All I remember is being legionized by Shadow..." pondered Amy.
Crystal was weeping over Silver's limp body, which Amy noticed and decided to help.
"Crystal... we need to rescue Miles and save Silver. I'm surprised he isn't dead in this condition." said Amy, her voice laid with concern.
"I'll go get Miles! Go get Silver to a doctor!" said Elias.
Elias dove into the Mega Muck, looking for Miles desperately.
"Lets go free Grandmaster Knuckles and his helpers Julie-Su and Lara-Su. Using the four chaos emeralds they have along with the Master Emerald and our two Chaos Emeralds may be enough to restore Silver, of course." recommended Amy.
Tears gushing from Crystal's eyes, she replied: "We may not have enough time."
